Eating

First of all people "assume" that the sleeve (Gastric By Pass) is the "EASY WAY OUT". I'm here to tell you it is the hardest and most rewarding thing I have ever done in my life. The only issue I have is eating enough or getting a variety of things to eat. Can anyone help out with that. I tend to stick to the chicken, beef, cheese, Premier Protein shakes and bars, etc. I am having difficulty finding recipes where I can get a variety in 4 oz portions.

Also does anyone else have problems with constipation and if so, ideas. I do fiber and get as much liquid in me as I possible can in a day.

Colace is what I use and I haven't had too many problems since. Use the generic it is much cheaper.
