So I am over 3 months post op. I had a one brief 1 week stall but otherwise I am consistently at 2-3 lbs/week. I know everyone is different etc. but did you lose quickly until month 3, 4 or 6 then slow down and stay at that rate for months?
Did your weight loss stay steady until 6 months out? Did it just slowly decrease over time?
