Stall are going to happen, just focus on your protein, water and getting some exercise and it will pass. Hang in there and push forward....

Stalls are a normal, although discouraging, part of the process.

Hello everyone!
This is my first post here. I am 7 weeks post op VSG. I stalled at two and a half weeks. Then at week 5 I began excercising and lost 7 pounds that week. Now last week I have lost nothing actually went up a pound. Is back to back stalls normal? I’m not sure what is going on. I take in 600-800 calories a day. I get at least 60 grams of protein and 64 oz of water. I am following my surgeons plan exactly. It gets discouraging. I thought this time would be the best time for my weight loss to go so well. I am down 33 pounds. I am very happy about that but I want to make the most of this time. Any advice would be appreciated!
