I had my surgery on the 20th as well. I have some deep pain on the left where my stomach was removed. It's tender and sorry if I'm moving around. And its been a struggle to get protien and water down.

I find it hard not eating solid food watching tv for distraction is a bad idea at night every second commercial is about food Did you find it hard hopefully it gets easier Would love to hear how things go

4 more sleeps you guys! I’m so ready... and nervous... and excited!

Minnie.

I am so hungry I can't think. I had to do all my flower beds and mulching today due to the weight lifting restriction after surgery. I now have 2 12-hour shifts to get through without killing anyone or fainting myself. Otherwise, I am ready.

Well if those shakes were made perfect you would want to stay on them forever and not move on to other foods! Maybe they are made to become obsolete.
