How long is your pre OP diet?

Ok... so I just did my bowl cleanse and now the great purge has started... surgery tomorrow morning, wish me luck!!!!

Oh, well that's what I was doing before the liquid diet... oh well, it's going to be a long week

Interesting... how all these dr.s have there own pre OP regimen that they want you to follow

Ok, so I am now on my liquid diet and so far so good. [emoji12]

I dont know where you are but when I was deciding on a protein powder I headed to vitamin shoppe and they had sample packs you can buy and sample they give for free. Helped me alot, I choose not only a brand but also flavors.

I'm so excited for you guys, I'm right behind you on the 24th and first in.
