yogurt (greek), cottage cheese, ricotta cheese (can put cinnamon and spenda with it, look up Shelly's ricotta bake, refried beans with our without cheese added, Wendy's chili, milk (Fairlife has more protein), or get Unjury non flavored protein powder and add it to soups and puddings

tuna, canned or packets of chicken, eggs- scrambled or boiled

if meat is to dry add plain greek yogurt or sour cream or low fat mayo. I even made deviled eggs.

I can't eat the same things all the time I get bored but I love soups, so looking at broccoli soup, lobster bisque (Panera bread premade)

Yogurt. Chobani, YQ or tillamok. They all have 14 grams of protein. Plain YQ has 17 grams. Fairlife milk, they have chocolate too. 13 grams. Single serve tuna has 14 grams and 80 calories.

Cottage cheese, mozarella cheese. I ate a ton of beans.

Good luck!

Yes tuna or Salmon cans.. I've been stocking up whenever I see a good deal probably got about 50 cans so far as I'll be living off it eventually! Also stocking up on bulk protein powder: doesn't bother me I've got the proper protein shaker cups so there's no lumps just pure liquid protein!

Peanut butter, scrambled eggs, cheese, almonds
