Stopped losing one month post VSG

I had VSG 3/25/19. I lost 15 pounds in first couple of weeks but not an ounce since. I am getting over 60g of protein, drinking my water and walking. Getting frustrated. Is this common?

Search the three week stall - you'll find hundreds of posts about it. Just stick to your plan, and the weight loss will start up again.

Yes, it's the infamous Week 4 stall that everyone experiences. No worries.

It is so common that someone on this board coined the saying "Embrace the Stall".
