Surgery date Dec 3rd

I'm happy to announce that today..... I was approved for Surgery from Blue Cross of CA PPO.

I will be reading the forum for more information on Pre-op and Post-op stuff but any information that you can supply that will be helpful will be very greatful.

Thanks everyone for your help and great information.
