I started this journey in August 2018 and this is my surgery month. I have been cleared by all my doctors cardiologist neurologist psychiatrist general dr. You name it. Plus. I have stopped smoking because of this ( needs to) I’m not exactly scared. But more nervous. I still can’t loose weight. And it’s hard. Really when your obiese it’s hard to do just about anything. I do walk my dogs probably 8 or more times a day for about 15 minutes and found on YouTube some exercises for elderly people because they don’t push you so much I’m looking for advice on how to overcome the weight thing.
