Has anyone experienced leakage after surgery?

I don't think I'm leaking inside and I have followed the diet to a T since my surgery last Thursday. But the one big thing I'm worried about is leakage and infection. I just got a bit worried because most books and my doc said, leakage happens over time. I have just been able to drink more liquids. As though my stomach is actually healing. I'm still drinking sips. No gulps or big swallows. I'm just a little paranoid I guess. I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow and sees what he thinks. Thanks in advance for help or pointers or comments.

I was also paranoid about leakage, but you will notice if you have a leak or an infection. You will get a fever and not tolerate eating anything

I'm 4 months out and I never leaked or got infection. Try not to worry about it so much and take care.
