Weight Creep

I am 8 months post op. I am seeing my numbers creep up. Than I drink protein shakes and yogurt for the weekend and they go back down. Is there like a pouch reset? I keep hearing people talk about this and I am not sure what that is. Frustrated but still am trying to not eat the bad stuff that is creeping back into my everyday snacking. I need help.

Yes, I read about pouch resets all the time on the internet, though they're not on the bariatric sites, so I don't know if they're a real thing. They talk about going back to post-op eating, starting with liquids only for a week or two, then soft foods, then solid foods staying between 600-800 calories.

They call it a pouch reset but it doesn't really reset your pouch, it resets your head. Maybe in addition to the reset you could look into Weight Watchers or Noom - some program to help you with your choices.
