NutraSweet, aspartame and most other artificial sweeteners give me migraines. I have a concern when I go on my liquid diet when they say "sugar- free" that I will have a very limited choice when it comes to flavor. I can have stevia, but wondered if there was anyone else out there with this issue and if there were other sugar substitutes that were allowed or what other "sweet" liquids were still on the table. Thank you!
