I have completed all of my insurance appointments...but they called me today and said that I need to complete a sleep study because of the way I answered my questions at first appt. Will I have to get a cpap before surgery if it comes back that I have sleep apnea???

Probably, they are not all that bad, I use one myself.

That would be a question for Dr. They all have different criteria.

If you have a C pap you will have to tote it to the hospital with you. Thought I was being smart, took mine with new clean tubing along, left one critical piece at home, 50 miles from my home, couldn't find a matching piece at OSU, ended up on 02 my entire stay. Guess it served me right for not checking things out better!?
