MTHFR

I have been working with my Nutritionalist to figure out what vitamins I can take after my VGS. Any that have Folic acid in the do not work for my body. I have a mutation my body can not use Folic acid or/and turn it in to Folate or L-methelfolate, which is the forms my body Can use..

Do any of you use vitamins that have folate or L-methelfolate I just want to have them here at home when I come home from Surgery. Thanks ahead of time for the help.

I have the same mutation. I take 1000 mcg of L-5 MTHF lozenges. The brand is Seeking Health. I buy them from Amazon.
