As Elcee said, the saliva is to facilitate your body with the vomiting process. This is something that can happen to those who haven't had WLS, too.
I am close to a month out and until the other day had not bad any nausea/vomiting but it must have been something i ate. The question i have is it anyone else notice that when they got nauseous if you started spitting up a lot of saliva and then when you did vomit there was a good amount of foam?
