I have a physically demanding job and took off 3 but I was put on light duty and got increased assistance. Discuss this with your surgeon but those with physically demanding jobs should definitely take as much as they can being it will take time to get readjusted to drinking while up on your feet/moving and eating properly while maintaining enough energy

Thank you I will discuss this concern because there is absolutely no light duty.
