lightheaded and dizzy feeling

Has anybody experienced any lightheaded or dizzy feeling I'm a year out, I've lost 90 lb and I gained 30 lbs back I'm trying very hard to get this 30lb back off I'm struggling and I don't understand why I keep feeling so light-headed after sit and watch TV, I suddenly feel like I'm going to pass out anybody experience this [emoji20]

On the assumption that you are eating sufficient calories, it may be something else, perhaps its related to blood pressure? If it continues to happen you should see your doctor.
