So am I, but I’m not throwing from drinking. However tonight was the first time in 2wks I got sick(both ends).... I think I’m dehydrated because I keep getting headaches, and I’m not using the bathroom that much.
It sounds as if you are dehydrated. If you can’t drink, you need IV fluids to at least set you on the correct path. Dehydration itself can make it harder to tolerate fluids.

I agree on the SF Popcicles. They helped a lot when i needed more liquid and just could not drink another ounce.

Also agree on the sugar free popsicles. Also trying different temps of fluids has helped a lot. For some reason, hot drinks go down a lot easier.
