Hi pdamoci,

Below is what I was given by my nutritionist. I hope this helps.

Here is a general set of numbers to go by, this will change depending on your activity level.
800-1000 calories
35 grams carbs max
70 grams protein min
20 grams fat max
15 grams sugar max
86 ounces of fluids
Excellent information and numbers. Thank You So Much for Sharing Them with Us.???

No problem...anytime!

Good morning fellow sleevers.

I am 4 weeks postop and have a question about sex. Have you guys be cleared or had sex with no problem at the 4-week mark? My husband is going crazy spending that much time without lol.

hahahaha...my doctor didn't clear or anything because I developed asthmatic bronchitis, then acute bronchitis and pleuritic inflammation on right lung right after the surgery, I was pretty much in and out of ER until last week, the worst pain ever on my lungs and still feel a lot of pain even though the bronchitis went away I am still dealing with little inflammation on that right side. I'll call my doctor just to double check but I think I should be ok lol. Thanks

Thanks. I'll double check with my doctor because I had of postop respiratory complications, but guess I should be fine.

OK my stall has been two weeks now. I tried and increased my calorie intake and that still has not worked. Feeling I made the wrong decision with this surgery. Has anyone else have a stall for this long?
