Ice Cream Recipes?

hey guys! it’s labor day, it’s still 85 degrees even though it’s 9pm and a fruit flavored popsicle isn’t gonna cut it. i’m dying for a taste of ice cream (i’m one month post op) and i was wondering if there were any recipes for healthy ice cream or brands that you guys like

I like Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Bars. They are 100 cals and IMO they don't taste like diet food. I also like the No Sugar Added Fudgesicles, which taste pretty damn good for 40 cals.

I have heard good things about Breyers Delights, especially the Cookies and Cream. Haven't tried them yet though.

I'm pretty fascinated by the Yonanas machine that turns fruit into ice cream. If I didn't have too many kitchen gadgets for my small kitchen, this would be mine!
