So, today i started my 2 week pre op diet. This week 3 shakes and one meal, next week 5 shakes. Right away i am having blood sugar lows so insulin amounts are being adjusted. I am feeling very scared, anxious and overwhelmed.

So sorry your going through that . I hope it get easier I didn’t have to do a 2 week preop but everyday just think of the end result. Good luck to you!

Pre-op sucks, no 2 ways about it sadly. It does get a bit easier the more you deal with it, and it really does make post-op that much easier. Stay strong, you got this.
