  2. I am heading to 3 week post op for gastric sleeve. I am unfortunately very texture sensitive with food so makes this phase difficult and scary. One food i cannot tolerate is eggs. Any suggestions for alternative soft breakfast ideas, or any other meals for picky eaters???
  3. I am using the first premier protein waters. They are not bad, but i do dilute them with water to cut some of the sweetness. My brother bought me several cases at SAMS Club.
  4. I just had my surgery on Monday. I promise, you can do this. I struggled the last week before my surgery, was so hungry on the pre op diet. But the day of surgery they weighed me and i was down 15 pounds.
  5. Hi Matt. I am day 4 of pre op diet and i can totally relate to your feelings. This week i am on 3 shakes and a meal. I find myself counting down to dinner. My anxiety over the surgery is through the roof. I rely alot on my wife who is my biggest support person and i have a wonderful therapist who helps process my feelings.
  6. So, today i started my 2 week pre op diet. This week 3 shakes and one meal, next week 5 shakes. Right away i am having blood sugar lows so insulin amounts are being adjusted. I am feeling very scared, anxious and overwhelmed.
