Email in use by another member?

I just received a notification to update my email address because it is not valid. I go to settings and the email that is saved (along with my password) is in use my another member?

Please provide assistance on his to correct this situation.

It seems BP wants me gone...

    I have got to call the BP store, as often as I am on, I should have beaucoup points but, I'm on a phone and have no way of checking.???
