I'm set to go in November for the Sleeve and ,y BMI is 34.5

My question is what happens when I get to my goal weight what do you do to stop for losing anymore because you don't want to lose to much?

But before you start increasing those evil calories back up, you post a VICTORY. picture on here so we can see how you really look LOOK. And I will celebrate from my city in Central Ohio, I would set off fireworks but this rate dangerous! Maybe I will rent a bass drum from the local Marching Band.????
