What vitamins are recommended? Should I start taking them now or wait til after surgery? Supposed to have surgery end of next month.

What surgery are you having? Bypass requires a Multivitamin, sublingual B12 and Calcium. Duodenal requires that plus ADEK Vitamins. Sleeve and Band I'm not sure.

Honestly haven’t really decided but leaning more towards the sleeve.

There is no harm in taking them now and getting yourself in the habit
