I have finally come to the realization that I may be relying on protein shakes out of pure laziness.
I can clearly get all of my protein from food at this point and I can use then as creamer in coffee but I end up tossing a lot of it out. I may give them up fairly soon or use very rarely.
At what point were you able to give them up and rely solely on food sources for protein ?
