New doctor

Since I've been off work for a few I figured now is the time to make an appt with new Dr since my insurance changed and can't go to the Dr i started with. At about 9:15 am I left a message for the bariatric person. I haven't received a call back. Not sure if I should try again tomorrow or give them more time before I call again. Thoughts?

Vadim Gritsus. He’s in Pequonnock and Paramus. I live in NY but used him for my (failed) gastric sleeve when I lived in NJ and I really like him.

It's not that. I wanted him but work recently changed insurance and he's not in my plan anymore

So I left a message just after 9 am yesterday and no call today and it's after 5 pm so I can't even call them. Guess I'll be leaving another message tomorrow

That’s a little worrying. I wouldn’t give them more than 2 chances to return the call.

Amen to that! There many many physician- fish in the waters of New Jersey. Don't settle for bottom feeders or being treated like pond scum. You deserve the best, and than does not include being ignored.

Met with Dr. I need to do an initial nutrition appt then 3 more before surgery. I need to do sleep test and Doppler of my legs. Then the psychiatrist. I need to make sure sleep study is covered. I don't want to get hit with a bill. Same with Doppler

I recommend him too. He did my LapBand and my gastric sleeve. No problems at all with surgery. He's a good surgeon, and his staff is very helpful.
