Hi all,

sorry but has anyone else noticed that the colour of their urine has changed colour since starting the pre op diet?

Im two weeks into the diet (total four weeks to do) which includes three protein shakes and one meal a day but I have noticed that my urine is almost neon yellow! is this a side effect of the shakes or something?

(and no, its definitely not an STI or other infection, i get tested regularly)

Have you started new vitamins, by chance?

Yes I have. I've been taking a multivitamin (centrum) and biotin for the last month which I wasnt taking before.

Do you think that could be the culprit?

It's the centrum.

Any vitamins our bodies don't need, get flushed out in our urine.

No @Miss Solar Skrinks yours,is among the,low-leval FYI and TMI questions. Don't worry honey. we are to help if we can. I'm goi,g to join you in the Great July Stampede to Surgery, just waiting for my call-up! We are going to do just fine, like all before us and those to come.
