Sweet Drinks?

Hey! As much as I love water, it gets boring. What are some sweeter beverages that are good for you after VSG? I can't seem to handle tea due to needing to add sugar, and I am not sure if juice of any kind is allowed. Have you guys had success with anything? For parties and such?

I'm a Crystal Light girl, myself! Peach mango green tea or Cherry Pomogranate! Or else, Chai tea (from tea bag) with Vanilla Premier Protein as the "latte" - delish!

  • Have you tried tea with honey instead of sugar? I've noticed natural sugars are much easier on my system post revision than unnatural sugars. Have you tried any of the calorie free sweeteners?

I just dump Splenda in everything and call it good. LOL:)

I feel the boring too. Koolaid has been my savior. they have sugar free flavor shots in all kinds of flavors. find them in the flavored water isle at the grocery store. small squirt into a water bottle makes all the difference.
