Have your doctor write a prescription for medical necessities. If you bring liquid protein you may need it at the airport too. It's a medical requirement for nutrition. We went last year. There are tons of food options so you should always have something you can eat.

I went on a 10 day cruise 3 months out and had no issues with the available food on the cruise, I did not take protein powder with me. You can buy individual packets - like Jay Robb strawberry or orange and a skaker. I took some almonds and my Sip thermos. Three days should be very manageable.
