Hi I was wondering if anyone else has sharp pains on the left side rib cage? They seem to come and go. I’m 18 months post op. Thanks in advance

Could be gall stone pain radiating, could be a staple-line issue. If it's persistent, I highly suggest talking to your surgical team for review.

At 18 months post op, it could be anything from pulled muscles to a rib fracture/crack. This pain may occur immediately upon injury or develop slowly over time. It can also be a sign of an underlying medical condition, so you should report any instance of unexplainable rib cage pain to your doctor immediately. I Googled that part. But I also get similar pains that are actually coming from my back like from a pinched nerve.

Check,in with. your doctor, I would think it's late to attribute it to WrightLossSurhery.?
Im 3 weeks post op and i have a dull ache under the left side ribs its not a pain just aching
Well if you were a sleeve as many are these days.,when they remove your stomach remnant the surgeon pulls it right to left across your abdomen. Many have bumped and irritated some nerves going across. ???❤
