Hair/Skin/Nail supplement

I just bought a container of Natures Bounty hair skin and nail supplement since my hair keeps insisting on falling out. My surgeon’s office suggested this brand or just biotin and this was on sale so I went for it. Unfortunately the serving size is 3 pills...which adds to my already large amount of supplement/vitamins I take in a day..but the things we do for post op success, right?

Anyone use this brand and have good results?

I almost got those ones but bought the Vitafusion gummies instead. They're delicious, and I like not having ANOTHER pill to take.

They sell chewable biotin as well, I take 1 of those a day.

Do you know the amount of mcg your biotin is? I might just have to call my nurse line and see what they recommend.

The ones I'm taking are 10,000 mcg, Natrol Biotin Fast Dissolve Tablets.
