Just keep doing what you are supposed to. Your body will stall or pause while it re-calibrates itself. As long as you are hitting your metrics, getting your exercise and doing what you are supposed to be doing at 3 weeks... you'll be fine. Does your scale also do body fat? If not, it's entirely possible you are losing body fat but not weight, happened to me a few times already since my revision. The length varies from person to person, but just rest assured knowing it does pass!
