I did it...

I had my sleeve and hiatal repair yesterday. I am in quite some pain, especially gas which won’t come out and whenever I drink my stomach cramps. But I can’t wait to feel physically better and enjoy that journey.

Congrats! The gas takes a few days to subside, walking helps. My stomach cramped if my sips were too big. Take tiny, slow sips. Welcome to the other side.

Congrats and good luck on a speedy recovery!

The gas has been the worst part for me so far in this journey. Thankfully, that will pass in a day or two. Best of luck with everything!

It gets better every day, congrats!

It does get better every day! Just keep following doctor's orders.

I was sleeved 5/9 and today was way better than yesterday.

I was told to sleep on your stomach to help push it out.....

I can go home now. :-) Which is really nice. I walk like crazy and got some meds for the gas but it still doesn’t come out. Well, it has to eventually, right?!

congrats!!
