On 4/16 I had my band removed and the sleeve was done. At my week follow-up I had lost 22 pounds and today at my appointment I had gained 4. I felt as someone let the air out of me!!! I don't eat soo many of the things on the list for this stage(oatmeal, yogurt, cream of wheat) and I have been making myself eat jell-o although I am not a fan. So I am thinking of just going back to broth for a while and trying to get my water and protein drinks in. I DO NOT WANT TO FAIL and I know this is the crucial time to drop as much as I can. Any suggestions????
