Weight Fluctuation

Did anyone suffer from weight fluctuation post op? I'm 4 months post op and am stuck bouncing back and forth between 270-275lbs. It's driving me crazy.

I'm also not eating like I should but I'm working on it!

I think this is probably the cause of your bounce. Also, stalls are just part of the game.

Keep working on it, you'll get there!

Patience is hard when the scale isn't moving...but if you're consistent...things will move in the right direction.

Good luck!

I'm a little over a year out. I always bounced up and down within a 5 lb. range. Before dropping a couple more pounds. I've tracked my weight on MFP from the start. There is definitely a pattern related to my cycle.

Hi Miss Dixie
I'm 5 week out and this past week I've been jumping between 208 and 210. It's frustrating but the cause of my problem was not drinking enough water. So Wednesday- Friday I got all 64 oz each day and the scale moved to 205. Sometimes it just the simplest thing that need a little reset. The worst thing I've done so far was eat 6 cheetos...had a craving...satisfied the craving and back on track. We all slip up every now again we're human.

Show someone a little kindness each day~Miss Tee
