Starbucks

Ok so I’m a big huge fan of my coffee drink from Starbucks, I read that if I order a venti cup with ice and two shots of espresso and add a premier caramel protein shake ready to drink and mix it well, that it is good. But my question is, is it good for us sleevers? I love caramel and I can use a boost of energy. What do u guys think. I don’t want to go buy me one and get super sick. I know venti is a large cup but I can drink it through out the day. Let me know. I won’t do anything that is bad for me.

It’s incredibly fine as long as you’re cleared to have caffeine! I did this for a bit until I got bored with it!

It is said that caffeine contributes to ulcers. I am supposed to stay caffeine free for life. I may have a cup of coffee down the road but, I will wait wait until I am at least 3 months out.

Espresso is an awful lot of caffeine. If your Dr allows caffeine, I guess they would approve of the drink.

I drink plenty of coffee and and caffeine and have since early out. My surgeon is fine with it.
