    Any short sleevers?

Is there any 5 foot tall female who got the sleeve done? I am 5 foot fall and weigh 203 lb. most people see me and they say I do not need to get sleeved but, the BMI charts say other wise. I have not seen anyone at my height or my weight go into the surgery. So I’m wondering if there is anyone out there. Also I hear normally we (short 200lb) wouldn’t loose weight as fast and as much as everyone else does. Not sure why or is this true?? I have surgery on Thursday and All these questions are coming to mind.

    14 days out

Im 14 days out, I’m concerned that I’m eating too much... this is what my regular day looks like. 7am vitamins 8am premier shake 9 am water bottle (yes I can drink the whole water bottle, small sips every 5-10 minutes) 10:30 purée food (retried beans) 11:30 fat free jello 1:pm water bottle 1:30 re fried beans 1/3 cup ( is that a lot??) 2:30 fat free jello 3:00pm water bottle 5 pm refríes beans 1/3 cup again 6 pm water bottle I Usually get hungry again in two hours and I will either get a little more beans or drink half a premier shake. Someone tell me this is normal I’m worried it’s a lot and too soon. But water goes down perfectly fine, so do my beans I feel normal and I’m only 14 days out.. 1/3 cup or a bit less is what I can eat as a meal and that’s it.. sometimes it’s a lot less... help

    Starbucks

Ok so I’m a big huge fan of my coffee drink from Starbucks, I read that if I order a venti cup with ice and two shots of espresso and add a premier caramel protein shake ready to drink and mix it well, that it is good. But my question is, is it good for us sleevers? I love caramel and I can use a boost of energy. What do u guys think. I don’t want to go buy me one and get super sick. I know venti is a large cup but I can drink it through out the day. Let me know. I won’t do anything that is bad for me.

    2 days out of surgery

Doctor didn’t tell me anything about vitamins he just said everything liquid. I asked my discharge nurse and she said I could but I’m not taking her word for it.. I’m going to wait, I’m too scared to drink them.

    Any short sleevers?

That is great!! My ideal weight is around 140-135 but if it’s less than that it’ll be good too although I’m ready to hear all the “ you look way too skinny “ lol but I’m also ok with losing weight slower. We will see what’s in store for me.

    Any short sleevers?

I have somewhat of a long torso and well shaped even as a heavy girl it still holds its hour glass shape. I hold most of my weight on my legs, butt, and thighs, I don’t remember the last time I wore shorts. I just hardly see and 5 foot tall people on here and I would like to see how far they have gotten and how much they were able to loose.

    Liquid diet

So my doctor put me on a diet for surgery date. I have surgery April 19th. And the diet has 2 options, one with meal replacements 4 times a day and veggies in between. Option 2 with 2 meal replacements a day and one balanced meal of less than 300 calories and must contain 25g of protein. He also said I have to loose 5-10 lbs 1-2 days prior to surgery. I have been on my diet now 3 days and I still see no difference on my scale. I’m so scared he’s going to postpone. But I’m literally not eating anything I am eating broth and meal replacements 2 times a day with lots of water. Has this happened to anyone??

    Liquid diet

Perfect! Then I will skip the fruit and just drink them plain. I need at least 5lbs lost and they seem to be the hardest.

    Liquid diet

Ok got it! So cut the fruits?? Now the shakes I drink are the premier protein shakes. Please tell me these are good??? I’m gonna be super bummed out if they’re not because I am relying on these. Lol

    Liquid diet

Yes I am super excited everything went by very fast but I’m worried I will not make the 5 lb mark. I have 8 more days on liquid diet. I have my initial weight in the day before surgery. I chose not to eat anything because I am so worried. But have I mentioned that I am loving my protein shakes. Mixed with fresh fruits. I hope they taste this good after surgery lol
  23. What do you recommend we take to the hospital for after surgery..

    Hospital stay needs

@sillykitty that would be my mistake as well (overpacking) but I’m glad I asked. My messy bun is my life and my lashes I don’t want to look extremely dead I know my husband will be taking lots of pictures lol

    Hospital stay needs

I was planning on toothpaste toothbrush, change of clothes Kus I hate the gowns and slippers!! How’s that sound I actually like messy hair and a messy bun that’s my look! I hardly brush my hair unless I’m blow drying it. Other than that I think I’ll be good as long as my lashes are done lol!
