My surgery is also scheduled for May 15th. How are you doing with your liquid diet?

And I'm also a dude, but I ate the last two previous Saturdays and did liquids the other 6 days of that week. I'm not going to the that this Saturday however because of my Monday surgery. I lift a lot and have since I was a teen and it's taking me some time to adjust to the lower calorie/CARB intake. The calories dont kill you as much as the CARBS...and by CARBS I'm really referring to the Grams of Sugar in the stuff you intake. No one is perfect and if we were we wouldn't be here.....Just watch the Sugar intake and make an effort to commit to getting 4 or 5 shakes in a day. No point in doing this surguery stuff if you aren't going to fight through a little adversity.

I'm using instagram for my WLS anonymously. I don't post any pics of my face or any other identifying info. Insta is a fun way to track your progress.

Yes, I am on the gram too for regular day to day shennanigans, but I am seriously considering making one for WLS.
