6 month follow up exercise eval & appointment today. I'm at 95% excess weight lost!!! Almost a 150 pounds down!! I never would've dreamed I could be at this point. Never! My Before & After pics say it all!! I just need to tell y'all to stick with the program and do what you need to do. Even for the days that you get discouraged. The result is worth it with better health!! So thankful and happy!! [emoji16]
