I got my date!

After a long visit with my surgeon, I decided to go with the sleeve. and I got my date!!! June 5. Holy cow i'm so excited!

    Once my paperwork was submitted on Monday five days later on Friday I had my approval.

    After meeting with my surgeon, the appointment dept called me the next day.
