Hi everyone I was sleeved on 3/29.finally feeling pretty good, I am walking and even working a bit. I am down 9.5 lbs. Today I started feeling really hungry.

I am currently doing premier protein, triple 0 Oikos yogurt, and protein water.

Looking for some additional liquid/soft options

Congratulations to you!!!

Thin cream soup with the chunks strained out. Thinned oatmeal and cream of wheat.

Strained soups saved me while on the liquid stage. Tastes much better than broth. Yogurt & applesauce too.

SF Jello counts as a liquid, but gives you a "full" feeling for a while if you don't drink anything. Good luck!
