Endoscopy findings: Polyps in Duodenum

I’m preparing for gastric sleeve surgery and had my endoscopy today. Multiple polyps were found in my duodenum and were biopsied (photo attached). No hiatal hernia. Esophagus and stomach were normal. Has anyone else had the same results?IMG_6155.JPG

Keep us updated on this. It's good that it was found especially since you didn't mention any symptoms - don't get worried until you get results and hopefully the treatment will be successful.

  • Does look very scary, do,please keep us updated![emoji10] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

  • They look scary but I'm very thankful they were benign, is it something you'll have to have routinally screened? Like every year?[emoji19] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app
