And they got jostled around with your surgery. If it keeps on a long time or you can't stand it emotionally check with your doctoe, but I suspect you'll be just fine.

Most likely. During surgery you were intubated and things do get jostled around a little. I experienced this. Did they give you a spirometer? That helps immensely so keep using it. It could also be gas pain.

Nope. That's one of the listed things to call about immediately if it just comes out of the blue. Has it been sore all along? Did you tell your doc?

I've had that since surgery, and it has been gradually improving every day. I feel it in my tummy, not my lungs. I used my spirometer a lot.

It's def. different if you had it from surgery rather than feeling good and you wake up with it a few days/weeks out from surgery. Then it's a potential issue. You know?

Could it be from a hiatal hernia repair also? Somebody,on March 3rd, "tfarr" I think, posted of it and even went to the ER with it.

I had that after my gall bladder removal. Got a little better each day.
