Disappointed

My surgery was support to be next Wednesday march 21 but today they cancelled because my insurance have change to blue croos shied so now they have to sent everything over to my new insurance to get approved to give me a date[emoji24] [emoji24] [emoji24] [emoji24] [emoji24] [emoji24]

I am sure you are feeling frustrated because I know I surely would! Hopefully BCBS will accept the records and not require anything additional. I know my BCBS didn't have any specific requirements such as nutrition counseling but each policy is so different. Hang in there!

Don't stress too much, the surgeons office probably deals with that kind of thing all of the time. You did your part and they will do theirs. Good luck!
