I am sure you are feeling frustrated because I know I surely would! Hopefully BCBS will accept the records and not require anything additional. I know my BCBS didn't have any specific requirements such as nutrition counseling but each policy is so different. Hang in there!

Don't stress too much, the surgeons office probably deals with that kind of thing all of the time. You did your part and they will do theirs. Good luck!

Any more updates psaurez? I know you must find all these proceedings awfully ipsetting, I do sympathize with you on all this. My own road has also,been bumpy and it's still not over. We will hang in this together![emoji3]
