Frustrated

Is anyone else experiencing a stop in weight loss after three weeks of surgery? I'm walking every day 20 min to an hour. Getting plenty of sleep, I try and eat and drink as much as I can. Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong?

Honestly I had the same problem..I was gave advise that I thought was weird..I ignored for another week..then I listened..eat garage for a day or two..shock your body..I haven't stopped losing since.. almost at 4 months..good luck

Im in the same boat as you Tuesday I’ll be three weeks out and I’m at a stall very frustrating but I was told stick to the diet and it’ll start moving again
