  1. So I’m post of had vsg on may 20, 2018 and I can’t seem to eat as often as I’m told to. What my day usually looks like for breakfast I drink a premier protein shake and for lunch I usually eat a boiled egg or some tuna and crackers and than for dinner another premier protein shake and that’s it. Of course I stalled again and i figured it’s because I’m not getting enough calories in or i don’t know I’m just never hungry so it’s difficult to sit and eat. Do you guys have any recommendations for small meals or snacks to get the ball rolling again thanks in advance

  9. Im in the same boat as you Tuesday I’ll be three weeks out and I’m at a stall very frustrating but I was told stick to the diet and it’ll start moving again
  10. I hope so!! Before the surgery I feared i would be that one person the surgery would not work for
  11. Yes I decided I can’t keep the scale in the bathroom lol I’m always tempted to weigh myself
  12. I had my surgery feb 20, 2018 and I officially stopped losing weight during pre op and the first week I lost a total of 37 lbs but now I’ve been stuck at 220 for a week I stopped losing once the dr put me on purees kinda stressing
  13. Not sure if I pulled a muscle or what but every time I go to stand or go to sit my left side hurts so bad the pain paralyzes me for a few seconds have an appointment tomorrow has this happened to anyone before I’m post op 5 days
  14. My dr want 4oz in an hour 1oz every 15 min

  23. Shockingly I’m not hungry all the time just when I make the kids food I’m in queens ny I get a small meal of protein and veggies
