  1. By my understanding.. if you have acid reflux you should look into roux n y surgery.. that is what I had..but...that's by my understanding
  2. I have been eating artificially sweetened fruit cups..like pears.. peaches.. they have some carbs of course..but do not seem to affect my blood sugar..seem to satisfy my sweet craving a little better than other sugar Free stuff I was getting tired of

Oh...those were good..I just tell myself when I'm struggling..I went through all that pain..do I want to end up where I was before I started my journey..it works for the most part..it's rough..I had rny surgery in November I'm down 140 lbs ..I want to lose 40 more and ever lb is a struggle now..it's not easy anymore..just keep pushing
  4. Yeah I am too..I had to sleep in my chair for a couple weeks..I was able to use pillows to semi sleep on my stomach after that, after Staples came out
  5. I had the stomach flu 3 months after my rny surgery..I tried a diet sprte..I was able to burp.. it was awesome.. everyone s probably going to give me crap about this but I have a couple cansof diet pop a day..still losing weight... nice to have some bubbles in with all that water
  6. Post surgery is the worst..but it could happen again..only go a day..I take miralax..a serving and a half..as much water as possible..I had rny gastric so I have malabsorption going anyway.. haven't had a problem since I started doing that...im 6 months in..lost 112 lbs
  7. I was kept on a low grade med..still am taking one pill a day.. yeah you might want to check with your doctor..I wanted off metformin..I haven't taken it since surgery,but am still taking 1 glimipride a day..good luck
  8. I was steered to have rny being a diabetic for the malabsorption reason..my numbers were all over the place the first 2 weeks,I was very frustrated,they got better,now im almost not a diabetic! I had surgery in November im down 104 lbs ,so keep at it..things will be better

  10. Honestly I had the same problem..I was gave advise that I thought was weird..I ignored for another week..then I listened..eat garage for a day or two..shock your body..I haven't stopped losing since.. almost at 4 months..good luck
  11. Get some delculax.drink on empty stomach..take stool softeners twice a day..it will happen..I had the same problem
