Just bad days?

I’m 2 months post op. Today, no matter WHAT I eat, I get extremely nauseous. Even if it’s just a tiny bit. I’m also getting that full feeling just after a couple bites, and of course I stop eating, but then I feel like I’m gonna throw up. Then I get super hungry after an hour or so, then nauseous again after I eat. I haven’t eaten anything today that I haven’t already tried. Should I just expect to have bad days like this? If so, what do you suggest I eat?

I had my RNY on 12/28 and this week I have been feeling the same way. My NUT suggested I go back on shakes so I was able to do 3 4oz shakes today and it took me about a hr each time. It was the first day I havent felt like I was going to throw up. Everyone I talked to said it passes so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it does.

Are you on anything for acid reflux? Could it be vitamins causing it? Tell your surgeon, go get it checked.
