Hi all,
My wife had a VSG back in early November. Her weight loss has been good, around 40 lbs. As of late, she has been very concerned that for the last three weeks she has stalled in weight loss. She has been going to the gym, eating fairly healthy, getting her protein in daily. I am trying to figure out how I can be of better help to her through this journey. Has anyone else experienced this stall around this time period? I realize that everybody's journey is quite different but knowing what others have experienced might be helpful. I just want her to continue to be happy and healthy.
